Women’s Pickup Basketball

I started SheHoopsLA because I wanted a space where women could show up as themselves, play without pressure, and meet like-minded women who shared that same love for basketball.

Over time, that simple need grew into something I never expected: a community of 1,130 women who lift each other up, make space, and care for each other on and off the court.

Seeing it now, run by the community itself, fills me with gratitude. Thank you for showing up, for passing the ball, and for helping keep this space alive for someone else who may need it.
